The arc reinforces that the entire crew aren’t just friends, but a big family who will do anything for each other, even make the entire world their enemy. The Enies Lobby arc in the Water 7 Saga is one of my favorite One Piece arcs of all time because it had so many memorable moments. Following their trip to the Sky Island, the crew wants to get their ship fixed as it’s been through a lot, and Water 7 is the place where they can get it done. The Water 7 Saga takes the Straw Hats to the island called Water 7 which is famous for its talented shipwrights. This saga also introduces one of the major power systems that will become an integral part of the story in the future One Piece arcs! Water 7 Saga Our crew manage to reach the island in the sky only to find that instead of a fun-filled adventure, there are tons of dangerous elements lurking around. So the crew starts researching about the legend and figure out if it’s true or not, and as it turns out the island is indeed real and people can reach there given certain conditions are fulfilled. In the Sky Island saga, the Straw Hats crew discover the legend of the floating island and Luffy, being an adventurous fellow, wants to go to the island in the sky. The saga is divided into the following story arcs: Next up is the Sky Island Saga which focuses on the legendary island in the sky called Skypiea, and the Straw Hats’ efforts to find out whether it’s real or not, and finally making it up there. The final arc, the Post-Alabasta arc, is a filler arc but I would recommend you to watch it because it provides a fun and light-hearted conclusion to this intense saga. Luffy recruits two new crew members by the end of this arc – Tony Tony Chopper as the ship’s doctor and Nico Robin as the archeologist! Also, Luffy’s brother is introduced in the Alabasta Arc! This is one of the major arcs in the storyline as it introduces a ton of plot points that will shape the story going forward and give you a glimpse of what’s in store for you in the future.
ONE PIECE ARCS SERIES
I personally am a fan of reading manga when talking about a huge series One Piece because it’s faster and you are only reading what’s important, unlike anime which might have filler episodes too.īut that’s your decision. This anime has 994 episodes at the time of writing this, and over a 1000 manga chapters that have been collected in 99 volumes. It isn’t just one of the longest running anime series, but it’s also the best-selling manga series of all time, and I am sure it will retain its top spot till its completion, and beyond.

One Piece will always be that one title which will always come up when we talk about the best anime shows of all time.
